14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return for eligible items. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Additionally, it must be free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration. Items that have been washed or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@sancatrin.com with your order number and a detailed description of the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with further instructions and a return authorization if your item meets the eligibility criteria.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that we receive your return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.
Exchanges
